hey y'all. i am sooooo excited! in the morning, a mere 24 hours from now, i will be in dallas, boarding my flight from dallas to new orleans. i'm headed back to the land of magnolias, zydeco and sweet tea. it will be nice to be in the sweltering south for a few days, though i cannot lie that i'm a little nervous about the weather. today, i'm in a sweatshirt in cold and rainy boston; tomorrow i'll be sweating it out in the louisiana sun with a heat index of up to 110. woah, now. who sees a sinus infection in my future? :) at any rate, it will be nice to see my school of mission folks and hopefully make a little adventure down to frenchman street to listen to some good music in a hot, sticky bar.
